Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver teletherapy to Pennsylvania school districts for the 2026-27 year. Work from home with a full-time, 40-hour caseload and no commute.

You will support students within school-based IEP frameworks, collaborate with district teams, and leverage a nationwide teletherapy network for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA required.
• PA state license as SLP required.
• Over 3 years of experience working with children/adolescents in a school setting.
• At least 1 year of school-based experience including IEPs and case management.
• Current state license and willingness to obtain additional licenses if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy services to PA school districts.
• Support students’ goals through IEP-aligned therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with districts and families to coordinate services.
