Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is looking for a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth from their home in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this remote role, you will manage calls and provide exceptional service, promoting Interlock products while working closely with internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, a high school diploma, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers performance-based commissions and a comprehensive health plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
