Smart Start, Inc. is seeking aRetention Program Advisor to engage with potential customers, schedule appointments, and handle account inquiries from a remote setting.

You will use retention techniques to secure attendance at installations and reschedule when needed, while maintaining a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates are bilingual English/Spanish, have at least six months in customer service, can multitask across CRM and scheduling systems, and communicate professionally under

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; qualifies for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or retention-focused roles.
• Experience handling objections and account retention preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate CRM and scheduling systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional, empathetic, persuasive.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to appointment scheduling and account support.
• Assist customers with navigating installation processes and policies.
• Handle cancellation requests by addressing concerns and offering retention options.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive, solution-focused conversation.
• De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet performance metrics related to customer retention and call handling.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality standards.
