Job summary

Orb Group is seeking a Bilingual Production Coordinator (English/Japanese) for a remote freelance engagement from October 2026 to January 2027 with potential extension depending on business needs. You will support our Japan and APAC markets, coordinating artwork and AV assets with internal teams and external agencies.

You must be fluent in English and Japanese, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment. Apply to help craft and deliver on high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Japanese, both spoken and written.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and provide creative solutions.
• Knowledge of artwork and video specs to review delivery quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for file handling and spec adherence.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Experience with a Digital Asset Management system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of artwork and AV assets for title launch.
• Extensive asset coordination, QC and tracking across teams and vendors.
• Build decks/slideshows of asset suites for internal/external presentations.
• Manage day-to-day project support across time zones and stakeholders.
• Deliver materials to internal partners and external agencies per client specs.
• Track timelines and update deadlines, assets, milestones, and trackers.
