Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative 4 - Customer Service (Bilingual) to join our CALL CENTER. This full-time hybrid role supports claim submission, follow-up, and payer communications for diverse patient populations.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree or 3 years of revenue cycle experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and proficiently use EPIC and related health system tools. Remote eligibility is available for many states.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 3 years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service or data analytics.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred to better support a diverse patient population.
• Experience with EPIC and payer processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clean claims are submitted the day received with all required attachments.
• Resolves complex issues by coordinating information among team members and payers.
• Ensures claims are reviewed and corrected within 24 hours of receipt; guides others as needed.
• Handles high-dollar accounts with appropriate follow-up.
