This full-time role requires an active license, comfort with pediatric care, and a remote-first environment. Compensation ranges from $93,000 to $103,000 plus a sign-on bonus and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings.
• Document psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team for patient disposition.
