Job summary

Ascend Healthcare in Nevada is seeking a bilingual Licensed Therapist or Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide remote counseling via telemedicine for our Community Health Center partners. We are a "say yes" first clinical provider and guide patients toward recovery and stabilization.

*Clinician must be active or willing to obtain a license in Arizona, Oregon, or Washington in addition to NV license. Clinician must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care modalities of evidence-based practices via telemedicine
• Review and signature psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and consents
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records in a timely manner
• Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families as needed
• Participate in case planning with MDT and ongoing supervision and education
• Provide case management to promote recovery and community reintegration
• Perform other duties as assigned
