Job summary

Assurasource, Ltd. is seeking a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) for remote work in Texas. The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth, delivering compassionate care to adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

A strong client-centered approach and collaboration with care teams are essential. The role requires an active LPC-A license in Texas, a Master’s in Social Work, and experience with telehealth documentation and risk

Qualifications

Active LPC-A license in state of practice.
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations.
Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment.
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
Experience using CBT.
Crisis intervention experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely.
Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.
