Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, active Texas LPC license.
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; able to provide therapy in both languages.
• Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Experience developing personalized treatment plans.
• Experience maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and other modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients.
• Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary and assess risk for suicide or harm.
• Foster a safe, nonjudgmental and confidential environment for clients.
• Stay current on mental health practices and continuing education.
