Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide remote, bilingual English/Spanish therapy to children, teens, and families in Illinois. You’ll handle a caseload of 15–36 sessions weekly, choosing part-time or full-time, with most sessions in the afternoons/evenings via telehealth.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW.
• Experience with children, teens, and families.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists).
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR.
• Support families with education and care coordination.
