Job summary

TimelyCare provides remote mental health services to students across the United States. We are seeking bilingual licensed clinicians (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) to contract on a 1099 basis, delivering therapy to college populations with a focus on accessibility and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Arabic, Mandarin, or Spanish, hold active state licenses, and have experience with crisis intervention, treatment planning, and documentation in a EHR system.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills.
• Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning.
• Background in services for young adults, college counseling, or crisis triage.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population.
• Document concurrently and submit HIPAA-compliant documentation in TimelyCare's EHR.
• Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes after each session.
• Communicate cross-functionally with other teams to support ongoing care.
• Adhere to established documentation standards and code of ethics.
