Job summary

Postpartum Support International (PSI) is seeking a Bilingual Hotline Counselor for its National Maternal Mental Health Hotline. This fully remote role handles telephonic, text, and chat inquiries, providing psychosocial support and referrals.

The schedule totals 40 hours weekly, Tuesday through Saturday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Eastern, with two-week training prior to starting. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $68,958.50 and comprehensive benefits as part of a remote, supportive team

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Clinician or Licensed Healthcare Professional or National/State-Certified Doula, Lactation Consultant, Childbirth Educator, or Peer Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephonic, text, and chat inquiries with psychosocial support and brief interventions.
• Educate help-seekers about perinatal mental health resources and services and refer to approved directories.
• Document cases in Salesforce in real-time with accuracy and timeliness.
