Job summary

Postpartum Support International is seeking a remote mental health support specialist to assist help-seekers via the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline. You will manage phone, text, and chat inquiries with empathy, while protecting privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering brief interventions, and documenting cases in Salesforce. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; licensure or certification in a related field is required, with at least two years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; licensed clinician, healthcare professional, or certified doula/lactation consultant/peer specialist required.
• Two years' experience working with maternal and child health population.
