OneSource Virtual is seeking a Bilingual Help Desk Specialist & Contact Center Representative to support the Benefit & Employee Services Team using Workday and Zendesk. This remote, full-time role requires Spanish language proficiency and strong customer service skills to assist internal and external users.

You will navigate Workday, handle tickets, meet performance metrics, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate across the department to improve processes and automate routine tasks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience and/or training.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required.
• Must be able to work the hours 10:00–19:00 (local time).
• Ability to learn basic Employee Self Service functionality for the Workday platform.
• Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Provide professional and timely service to internal and external customers.
• Workday platform navigation and access assistance for contact center requests.
• Support team goals for performance metrics and service level agreements.
• Escalate service delivery issues to on-site Lead and Corporate contacts as appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing training relative to the functional area.
• Identify and document areas of improvement or automation through process changes.
• Meet or exceed all performance standards.
• Form strong partnerships within the department and organization.
