Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of call center or high-volume customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule appointments and respond to client/provider inquiries.
• Provide general information on community resources and update databases; manage emails.
