HealthSherpa is a fully remote health insurance startup hiring seasonal Agent Support specialists to assist insurance agents with enrollment and troubleshooting. You will work remotely in the US with reliable internet and Spanish fluency, reporting to a Supervisor through December 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience.
• Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from insurance agents across the country in a queue.
• Explain ACA enrollment steps and help agents enroll clients.
• Troubleshoot the platform and answer questions about applications.
• Follow support protocols while providing empathetic, efficient service.
• Assist with related tasks as needed.
