Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proficient in data ingestion, processing and analytics pipelines using big data tech like Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive.
• Proficient in Python/Java/Scala/SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of big data solutions to identify and disrupt threats on the Internet.
• Architect and build scalable data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive and related tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and drive business outcomes.
• ETL of data from databases, APIs, JSON/XML/CSV formats with quality and security controls.
• Mentor junior developers and explore new technologies to improve data processing pipelines.
