US Foods in Indianapolis is seeking a Bid Manager K12 Corporate to oversee a portfolio of K-12 and cooperative foodservice accounts, driving retention, profitable growth and long-term partnerships. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, supply chain, finance, merchandising, operations and sales to support success and company objectives, including school-year menu planning and forecasting.

This remote role requires strong contract management, data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales support, sales, customer service or business experience.
• Experience in Contract Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to conduct analysis for contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of K-12 and cooperative accounts, driving retention and growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop account strategies and forecast demand periods.
• Support school-year menu planning and forecasting.
• Prepare business reviews and maintain account profiles and documentation.
• Represent US Foods at meetings, trainings, events.
