Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a remote Business Intelligence and Business Systems Analyst to develop Power BI reports and manage data from CRM and eLIMS. The role blends BI, data modeling, data quality, and CRM administration to support financial, project, and operational visibility.

You will work across IT and business teams, maintain system documentation, test changes, and help users, while ensuring governance and data integrity in a fast-moving life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in BI, data analytics, or comparable role.
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and data models.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel; working knowledge of relational data concepts.
• Experience administering or supporting CRM, LIMS, ERP, or related enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, reports, and drill-through views.
• Translate requirements into clear reporting solutions for leadership and operations.
• Support pipeline, portfolio, departmental operations, capacity, financial, project, and reviews.
• Create repeatable reporting processes to reduce manual tracking.
• Document report definitions, calculations, refresh schedules, dependencies, audience, and guidance.
• Develop data models connecting financial, project, and operational data sources (CRM, eLIMS).
• Test and validate data pipelines and reporting outputs after changes.
• Administer CRM within governance, including user setup, fields, views, and workflows.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, issue tracking, and user acceptance for enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, and change logs.
• Align CRM, eLIMS, reporting, SharePoint, and other tools.
