Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an experienced BI leader to guide Part D risk adjustment analytics, reporting, and data visualization. You will define KPI logic, partner with HTA/IT and data teams, and translate business needs into repeatable dashboards and datasets.

You will serve as SME for data visualization and ensure accurate, controlled BI outputs. Remote-friendly role with travel to Humana offices as needed; requires 8+ years in BI/analytics, strong SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and leadership; ideally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in BI/analytics or healthcare analytics.
• Strong SQL and data wrangling skills with enterprise BI experience.
• Experience defining metrics, business logic, and recurring datasets with technical teams.
• Proficiency with Power BI for enterprise reporting and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead business intelligence and reporting for Part D risk adjustment programs.
• Define KPI measurement logic, business rules, and analytic specifications.
• Translate business needs into repeatable dashboards, reports, and analytic datasets.
• Partner with HTA/IT and data teams to support scalable reporting and curated datasets.
• Serve as SME for data visualization and best practices.
• Support automation and recurring performance measurement of BI outputs.
• Validate BI outputs for accuracy and proper controls.
• Use skills to make an impact.
