Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer in Charlotte, NC, with remote work and quarterly travel. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting and data integration using SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Data Integrator, Sigma Computing, and cloud data platforms.

The ideal candidate will blend reporting development, data integration, and analytics expertise, supporting modernization efforts and governance standards while enabling self-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years API experience developing enterprise BI solutions.
• Hands-on SAP BusinessObjects: WebI, Universe Designer/IDT.
• Experience with SAP Data Integrator (DI).
• Experience building dashboards/reports with Sigma Computing or similar cloud analytics.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse experience (e.g., Amazon Redshift).
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain WebI reports and SAP BO reporting solutions.
• Build Sigma dashboards, workbooks, and self-service analytics.
• Create operational, financial, and management reporting to support decisions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and standards.
• Maintain reporting governance, naming conventions, and best practices.
• Optimize performance and migrate assets from BO to Sigma.
