Carbon Data Solutions is seeking a BI Data Analyst with Tableau and Qlik to design and maintain dashboards across digital channels. You will partner with Digital and Omni-channel stakeholders to map analytics requirements and track KPIs for engagement and CX journeys.

The role requires strong SQL, data integration from Teradata, GCP/BigQuery and Hadoop, plus experience with Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Qlik for reporting and dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to create complex SQL queries to pull data from multiple sources (Teradata, GCP/BigQuery, Hadoop/HIVE SQL).
• Data visualization experience with Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Qlik for reporting.
• Experience conducting analytics and managing projects for multiple stakeholders.
• A/B testing experience and KPI measurements for omni-channel insights.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytics requirements and baseline metrics.
• Develop digital KPIs and dashboards to measure engagement, adoption, and CX journey metrics.
• Source and validate data from various repositories and ensure KPI accuracy.
• Stitch data from multiple channels to create a complete customer journey view.
• Create dashboards to monitor CX KPIs, NPS, revenue, churn, and call-in rates.
• Develop reporting visuals to highlight opportunities to optimize journeys and channel use.
• Maintain KPI definitions across governance frameworks and promote usage.
• Perform A/B testing and analyze end-to-end journey paths.
