Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior BI analyst to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build dashboards, pipelines, and data narratives for stakeholders, and ensure the quality of self-serve analytics across key workflows.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 per week) and starts ASAP. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of BI experience, strong SQL, and expert-level document and presentation craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.
• Perform ad hoc SQL data pulls and ensure data quality.
