Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced business intelligence analysts to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data-driven narratives for executive KPI dashboards, monthly performance decks, and self-serve reports.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week, with compensation $80 per hour and opportunity to scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train an AI model to work with professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and reports across core workflows.
• Develop dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data quality checklists to support decision making.
