Job summary

SEARADAR is hiring a BI/Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear business insights. You will design dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions.

Love turning numbers into actionable recommendations? You’ll forecast run rates and margins, monitor KPIs, and help automate analytics across an international, fully remote team.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in BI/Data Analytics or similar.
• Strong SQL with data warehousing (BigQuery).
• Advanced Python using Pandas/NumPy.
• Experience with Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI.
• Expert-level Google Sheets; Apps Script a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor KPIs and share performance snapshots with stakeholders.
• Transform datasets into actionable insights and visuals.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, reliable, and easy to understand.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Forecast key metrics and measure ROI and margins.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and explain results.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Ops, Finance to define data needs.
• Validate and improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Explore AI-powered analytics and automate repetitive workflows.
