Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the RCS Analytics Products team, delivering dashboards, reports, models and extracts in a remote setting. You will balance hands-on analytics work with strategic leadership to ensure content and technology alignment.

You will collaborate across divisions to drive data-driven decisions while maintaining accountability for analytics product health and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
• Develop, maintain and ensure integrity of dashboards, reports, models, extracts and related deliverables.
• Effectively delegate while remaining hands-on to ensure content and technology alignment.
