Providence is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the RCS Analytics Products team responsible for analytics dashboards, reports, models and data extracts. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to keep content and technology aligned.

You will drive delivery health across analytics products, mentor a growing team, and partner with stakeholders to ensure value and adoption of BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a data-related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years progressively responsible management experience with dashboards and BI delivery.
• 4 years hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team and own analytics dashboards, reports, models, and extracts.
• Balance hands-on delivery with effective delegation to ensure content and tech quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to sustain health of analytics products.
