Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence, fully remote, to lead the Analytics Products team responsible for dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts. You will balance delegation with hands-on oversight to ensure high-quality analytics content and technology alignment.

The role requires a strong background in data science or related fields, with 5+ years in analytics leadership and hands-on Tableau/Power BI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure integrity of dashboards, reports, models, and extracts.
• Delegate effectively while remaining hands-on to ensure content and technology alignment.
