Qualifications

• 8+ years experience gathering requirements and creating reports.
• 8+ years experience facilitating requirements and designing solutions with business area personnel.
• 5+ years experience guiding UAT, training, and implementation activities.
• 2+ years experience with Snowflake.
• 2+ years experience with Power BI.
• Preferred: Oil and Gas industry experience (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Gather, develop, and document requirements for complex projects.
• Review and optimize business processes using standard BA methodologies.
• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis of data errors.
• Design and develop reports using Power BI and Snowflake.
• Create and validate UAT for projects.
• Publish data to public portals or websites.
• Provide research and project support, supervising others as needed.
