Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Power BI and Snowflake experience to lead data-focused report projects. You will analyze requirements, document data flows, perform root-cause analysis, and develop reports for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data publishing, quality, and adherence to established processes. Remote work is offered for a 12-month engagement with limited supervision and potential oversight of others.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with report development.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• 5+ years supporting UAT, training, and implementation.
• 2+ years of Power BI and Snowflake experience.
• Experience with data validation and data flow documentation.
• Industry knowledge in Government, regulatory, energy, or Oil & Gas is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Power BI & Snowflake

Work Arrangement: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for analyzing and documenting the implementation of multiple interrelated report projects. The focus of the work is intended to be data-related, including data analysis, root cause analysis of data errors, data flow documentation, report developments, and data posting. Requires knowledge and background in Power BI, Snowflake and data publishing. Ensures that deliverables and materials are produced and maintained according to established processes and procedures, maintain consistent quality, and use accepted business analysis methodologies. May assign and/or supervise the work of others. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
