Job summary

Spade Recruiting is seeking candidates for inbound and outbound calling tasks, providing supplemental benefits to unions and associations. Candidates should possess strong customer relation skills and a positive attitude. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, monthly bonuses, and a chance to earn trips. Job description

Daily activities include Inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing the necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Maintains good customer relations
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
• Interacts effectively with all levels of management and employees
