Job summary

Aogarciaagency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote role with upside in Vermont/US. You will work with warm leads and talk with people who requested help on financial-protection options, following a clear script and process.

You will be coached by experienced peers, measured on activity and results, and have a pathway into leadership if you perform. Interviews are on Zoom and supervision is not constant.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote customer conversations.
• Able to explain benefits clearly to clients.
• Comfortable on camera and in coaching environments.
• Competitive and coachable mindset.
