Job summary

Aogarciaagency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. You will work with warm leads who have already requested help on financial-protection options, and you will be coached and measured on activity and results.

Your day-to-day: take requested conversations, explain benefits simply, help clients enroll when it is a fit, and maintain a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom and leadership can be possible if you perform.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable and comfortable on camera.
• Competitive and self-driven to achieve results.
• Able to engage warmly with clients and handle conversations professionally.
