What You’ll Do:

Conduct Virtual Client Consultations
Engage clients via Zoom to understand their financial goals and explain insurance solutions in a clear, personalized way.

Provide Ongoing Customer Support
Be a trusted resource for policyholders, helping with inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.

Foster Long-Term Relationships
Follow up regularly with clients to update policies, review changing needs, and provide consistent service.

Ensure Compliance and Accuracy
Document all interactions in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
