You will reach out to interested individuals, schedule Zoom meetings, tailor plans to client needs, and maintain client relationships while providing top-notch service. The role emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a compensation structure that includes commissions and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Reach out to individuals who have requested information on the plans we offer.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members.
• Customize new benefit plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.
• Respond to client questions and resolve concerns.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
