Strong communication, entrepreneurial drive, and reliable teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include scheduling Zoom meetings, maintaining client relationships, reviewing existing plans, handling claims, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits offered.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members.

• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support as needed.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding benefits.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
