Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized. You will schedule Zoom meetings, customize benefit plans, maintain client relationships, and support claims and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on our benefits.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members.
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support as needed.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns about benefits.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and kept up to date.
