Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage clients
• Ability to schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with members
• Capable of customizing benefit plans to fit client needs
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support
• Respond to client questions and resolve concerns
• Ensure all documents are accurate and up to date

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on benefits
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit current needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, and help with any claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform updates as needed
