• Familiarity with video conferencing and digital platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Help individuals and families understand available benefit options.
• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication.
• Deliver excellent client service and build long-term relationships.
• Participate in weekly mentorship, training, and team development sessions.
