AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. You will work with warm leads, discuss financial-protection options, and enroll clients when appropriate.

You will be coached, given a written process, and have a path into leadership if you excel. Interviews are on Zoom and a client-facing role requires comfort speaking on camera from any location in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable speaking with clients on camera.
• Able to follow a written process without inventing the job.
• Competitive and coachable with a willingness to be coached.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations with warm leads.
• Explain benefit options simply to clients.
• Help clients enroll when it is a fit.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm with clients.
