Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking motivated representatives to remotely meet with individuals who enrolled for supplemental benefits.

You will consult, explain options, and help clients choose plans that fit their needs, while working from home. You should be an excellent communicator, ambitious, organized and team-oriented, with the ability to manage schedules, build client relationships and provide strong customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on the benefits we offer.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members.
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with claims/adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.
