Job summary

Fidelity Workplace Consulting engages a Contract Technical Writer to join its Employee Experience Design team remotely. The role focuses on drafting clear, employee-friendly benefit communications for client campaigns across print, web, video, and social formats.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver accurate, high-impact work. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in researching and translating complex benefit concepts

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills across audiences and formats.
• Experience drafting Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and other benefit communications.
• Ability to partner with technical consultants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity under ERISA.
