Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience.
• Life, Health & Accident License.
• 3-5 years of Voluntary Benefits experience.
• Baseline knowledge of voluntary benefit solutions and technology.
• Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFP process and build RFP workbooks.
• Review carrier offers and ensure commissions are set effectively.
• Coordinate client deliverables and support renewals.
• Maintain program quality controls and data management.
