Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a Benefits Administrator to assist in the administration of retirement and health and welfare programs. You will compile and analyze employee data and plan financials for strategic planning, and provide guidance to employees and management on benefits.

The role includes managing leaves of absence and presenting information at trainings. Responsibilities cover enrollment, ACA reviews, audits, reporting, and data integrity within the HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required. In some instances, experience may be substituted for academic training.
• Three to five years’ experience in benefits administration strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HR concepts and practices covering benefits.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering retirement and health and welfare employee benefit programs.
• Compile, analyze, and report data for benefits planning and evaluation.
• Provide counsel on benefit plans and leave of absence.
• Manage leaves of absence and ACA eligibility reviews.
• Enrol eligible employees in Vinfen-paid coverages and conduct ACA reviews.
