Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members via Zoom.
• Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly.
• Guide individuals through enrollment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and comply with standards.
• Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing support.
