Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our fully remote, entry-level customer support team, assisting families and individuals across the United States. This remote role offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and no cold outreach.

You will conduct scheduled virtual consultations, identify client needs, explain coverage options, and maintain accurate records while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort using video conferencing and digital tools.
• Customer service or client relations experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom.
• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options.
• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication.
• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills.
