Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom.

• Guide individuals through enrollment and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support.
