Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring Insurance Representatives to work 100% remotely from the United States. You will guide clients through benefit options, explain policy features, and assist with enrollment, all while building lasting relationships.

No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to support professional growth and leadership development in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities in a remote setting.
• Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace or similar apps.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually via Zoom and phone consultations to explain benefits.
• Present insurance and benefit solutions tailored to each client.
• Explain policy features, options, and enrollment steps.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment; maintain records.
• Provide ongoing service, reviews, and compliance with policies.
