No prior insurance experience is required; full training and licensing support are provided, with weekly pay and performance bonuses for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam.
• Prior experience in customer service, client advising, or sales is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members.
• Assess client needs and explain benefit options clearly.
• Guide clients through enrollment professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team training, mentorship programs, and ongoing development.
