Job summary

American Income Life is hiring Benefits Advisors to work with families, educate them on the benefits available, and guide them through their options. This is more than a traditional customer service role; you’ll develop skills in communication, relationship management, presentation, sales, negotiation, and leadership.

You’ll work remotely, receive training and ongoing mentorship, and have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and advance within the organization as you grow your career.
